Create a Blogger blog
Here's how to create a fast and simple blog to use as your home on the Web. In this tutorial, we use Google's Blogger blogging platform to create a blog to use as our home page.
Just follow the step by step process shown below to create your own Blogger "home page" blog.

Create your Blogger blog in a minute... it's fast and easy
Go to Blogger.com, and create an account. Then return to Blogger, and click the Create A Blog link.
You'll be taken to the page shown above.
Create a title for your blog. If the blog is to be your home page, use your own name.
GIve your blog a name, and get your blog's Internet address
Next, fill in your name, and click the Check Availability link - you'll be told if this URL is available.
Fill in all the details, including the Word Verification, and click the orange CONTINUE button - scroll down to see it.
Choose how your blog will look
Scroll down the page to see more templates. Click the one you want (you can change it at any time) and click the orange CONTINUE button.
Preview a template if you wish
Not sure if a template is for you? Click the Preview Template link under the template you've chosen.
You've got a blog!
Yes! You now have a blog. Easy, wasn't it?
Click the Start Blogging button to create your first blog post.
Using the Blogger interface is just like using a word processor
If you can use a word processor, you can use Blogger. Just as in a word processor, you've got a formatting toolbar.
Write your post
Just write your post. You can add images if you wish. Click the Image icon to add an image.
Add an image to your blog post
Click the Browse button to browse for an image on your computer.
Preview your post as you write it
You can preview your post at any time. Just click the Preview link on the extreme right of the formatting toolbar.
Click Publish Post when you're finished.
All done - now view your new blog
